2024 marks a new phase for Gender IDEAL. We remain committed to advancing gender equity in the workplace and are focusing our work on the need to support and protect the reproductive and maternal health of American workers. In January we launched the Reproductive & Maternal Health Compass.

Our mission is to ensure that all workers have access to the reproductive and maternal health (RMH) benefits they need. Since most Americans get their health benefits through their jobs, RMH Compass provides employers with the tools, resources, support, and recognition to provide best-in-class RMH benefits for all workers. As a nonprofit organization, our independent research and rigorous methodology ensure our tools and resources are unbiased, transparent, and credible.
